Stockyard is one of the spots of environment protection station. It uses automatic aggregate feeding system which has a fast feeding speed, efficiency and ensures the large amounts of feeding demand while being environment-friendly, energy-saving and labor-cost-saving. Most of traditional mixing plants uses loader whose operation energy consumption is large, while the oil consumption of general commercial concrete loader is RMB 1.4/M3 (equivalent to oil price of RMB 7.64/liter, not including vehicle damage and labor salary). Secondly, its noise is very loud (greater than 100 db). After truck transports materials, with the help of receiving shovel of the truck and belt feeder and belt separator, all kinds of gravel materials can be delivered to designated bunker. By means of taking dust controlling at material depositing points, dust raise is put to an end and the need to use loader in between is saved, while site noise is significantly reduced.

Stockyard automatic gravel and aggregate feeding system relieves labor intensity, reduces dust and noise and dramatically improves feeding speed.
